Please read the followings before making an appointment:

• A deposit is required prior to booking.
• Deposit is charged towards the consultation and will be deducted from the treatment session fee.
• If in any case, you decides not to do the treatment in the same session, a deposit will be taken as part of our consultation session fee.
• If you cancel the appointment in less than 48 hours or does not show up at the appointment, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.

• You are welcome to bring a friend or a family member for support but they are to remain seated in the waiting area once we begin.
• It is our salon policy that children under 10 cannot attend appointments with you. This is for their safety and smooth operation of our salon.

To ensure your comfort levels are maintained, it is recommended to use our high-strength topical anaesthetic.

Zara Permanent Beauty has partnered with a local compounding pharmacy who can arrange a high strength anaesthetic gel for you. To order your anaesthetic gel follow these steps:

• Mention Zara Permanent Beauty
• They will ask you a few risk assessment questions
• Pay them $15.00
